About Md Raqibul Islam

Md Raqibul Islam is a founding member of IqraX, where he works on the computer-vision and deep-learning systems behind the platform. He is a Research Assistant at the Center for Computational & Data Sciences (CCDS), the AI and data-science research lab at Independent University, Bangladesh, where his work spans deep learning, computer vision, object detection, and quantum machine learning.

He earned his Bachelor's in Computer Software Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). During his studies he completed a computer-vision internship at Sena Traffic Systems in Kuala Lumpur, where he built real-time object-detection and tracking pipelines with YOLOv5, DeepSORT, and PyTorch, handling data annotation, CUDA-accelerated training, and model deployment.

At IqraX, he brings that research-engineering background to the perception and machine-learning layers of the platform, translating modern deep-learning techniques into reliable, production-ready systems for an AI operating system built for healthcare.
